We have a large selection of homes set on our lot for you to tour and give you ideas of what you need in your new home. We have a wide variety of floor plans to choose from. We also have the flexibility to customize a home to fit your needs. We have many options to choose from including: the Ultimate Kitchen package, fire places, entertainment centers, transom windows, upgrade carpet, granite counters, whirlpool tubs, and complete hardwood interiors.
Affordable Housing
At XL Homes we help you select a home that is affordable to you with a down payment and monthly payments that fit your needs. We work with lenders that will give you the best financing and interest loans on new and previously owned manufactured homes and Real Property packages.
Our manufactured homes are built to HUD code and are set on piers. Our modular homes are built to the IRC code and are designed to be set on crawl spaces or basements. Our homes are total drywall. Our homes range from 1100 square feet up to 2600 square feet. We also have Garage packages available.
In the state of North Dakota our pricing includes delivery, set up, steel skirting, central air, piers, and sales tax . Your home is completed on site by our technicians.
We can put together a home package that includes the lot, house on piers, full basement or with a garage. This is considered Real Property. The price depends on the size of the lot and the home.
